During this time, I’ve had the privilege of working across a wide range of roles—including Educator, Kindergarten Teacher, Educational Leader, Assistant Director, and now Centre Director. Each of these roles has shaped my professional journey and deepened my commitment to delivering high-quality care and education for all children.

Through ongoing communication, feedback forms, and regular meetings, we ensure each child’s strengths and challenges are understood and supported. Play is crucial to your baby’s cognitive development as they develop the ability to think, understand and communicate. Your child explores through play by experimenting, creating, and thinking. Our sustainability program promotes environmental awareness and responsibility among the children through hands-on experiences with our veggie garden and worm farm. Our Pakenham centre is equipped with 98 solar panels, significantly reducing our carbon footprint and teaching children the importance of renewable energy.
