Our carers foster inclusivity and create a space where each child can learn, play, develop, and participate in a way that reflects their unique strengths and interests. We believe children in the Nursery Room should feel relaxed and happy in a trusting, warm, and friendly environment. We strive to provide consistency for all children, allowing them to develop at their own pace in a safe and secure setting. Our primary aims are to encourage children’s independence and to provide support and information to families.
At Goodstart Pakenham, I am committed to leading a team that values collaboration, curiosity, and kindness. I’m excited to build lasting partnerships with our families and community and to help give every child the best possible start in life.
