The Best Arts & Crafts School Activities for Kids in Chatswood

As one coach puts it, "Gymnastics teaches kids to understand and love their bodies and what they're capable of. This is something they carry with them into any sport they choose to pursue." I was a student of Karate For Kids for eight years from the age of 7. My mum originally enrolled me because I was (in her words) "an uncoordinated bag of bones". My confidence grew, I made friends I'm still in contact with to this day, and it taught me how to cope with bullying in early year 7. After achieving my junior black belt I began assisting other students and I later returned as an assistant instructor, and then instructor. The experience, discipline and leadership skills I developed at Karate For Kids have also directly benefited me outside of karate, in applications for jobs, on-campus accommodation during my studies, and more.
